NOT VFM Well I found this program very difficult to use. It gave errors while installing and errors while using the program. It recoverd the deleted files but corrupted them and when I tried to repair this it kept giving my computer the b.O.D all in all I was very disappointed.

I was not able to view the file that Office Recovery scanned - it only gave me the option to purchase the product - there was no \"view\" button after the scan completed.

Hii think my frends document is corrupted by virus or worm (when i scanned with AVG some document infected with worm/autorun), i tested many program but nobody could not save succesfuly. i am seeing with garbage character.

Can`t start the recovery in the trial version I can't event start the recovery - after clicking on the start button the information, that the functionality is available only in the full version appears.

Review for Word Repair Did not find it to be any better than the recovery features already included in Word, and I would have liked to be able to save one or two files before having to pay, in order to evaluate the software.

I have a 8 character password like gr4gdty7 that I need cracked. I am going to buy a product (http://www.rixler.com/purchase_wpasrec.htm) to simply decrypt the eight word files I need done as a once off job. I am a writer in my pass time and I do not have a lot of money right now. If I sent you one of the files, would you be able to get me the password because the password is the same for all the affected files. Cheers, Tim

"I bet that will teach him to write down his passwords. Don't blame us here at Rixler!" You're right. I should write down passwords, and I usually do. I missed a few old Word documents somewhere. So, it's not your fault. I still say your service is overpriced, but I guess since I paid for it, not so much eh? Well, let me put it this way: I won't be decrypting the couple of documents I have left. ...
